The first appointment lasts up to 45 minutes, during this appointment you will be assessed, be given a working diagnosis, receive treatment and be given a home exercise programme.

The treatment you might receive during your appointment includes manipulations and mobilisations, assisted stretching, strengthening techniques, massage and acupuncture. The home exercise programme is an important part of your rehabilitation as it gives you the knowledge and skills to continue your recovery at home, resulting in fewer appointments being needed and a quicker return to doing the things you want to do.

We have a team of highly trained and experienced Physiotherapists that are HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) registered. They are also qualified to use Acupuncture and registered with Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) guaranteeing you are in safe hands. We also offer a home based rehabilitation service for the Elderly or clients experiencing neurological conditions.

We like to support local sports and fitness clubs by offering their members 10% off appointments.
